| 摘 要： | 在政府的大力支持下，民办高等教育经过了20多年的发展历程，为社会培养了大量人才。随着社会主义市场经济的迅速发展和日益完善，人才市场需求也随之有了较大的变化，而民办医学高等教育人才培养模式尚不适应人才市场的需要，本文就民办医学高等教育人才培养模式的改革与创新进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Supported by the government, non-governmental higher education has trained a great number of talents for the society in the past 20 years and more. But with the rapid development and steady perfection of the socialist market economy, great changes have taken place in the demand of the talent market. The present mode of talent training for non-governmental higher medical education has no longer fitted in with the demand of the talent market. The paper hereby discusses the reform and innovation of the talent training mode for non-governmental higher medical education. |
