| 摘 要： | 现代社会的发展需要越来越多的专业社会工作者，而专业社会工作者承担专家责任是规范社会工作的必要条件。在此基础上，本文分析了什么是社会工作者的专家责任、社会工作者专家责任的构成要件以及专业社会工作者专家责任的认定和实务中的难点。

| Abstract: | The article first puts forward that with the development of society,more and more professional social workers are needed,and it is necessary to restrict them with professional liability.Then the author analyses the definition,key composed elements and practice perplexities of professioanl social workers' professional liability.Finally,the compensation responsibility and principle of professional social worker' torts are suggested. |
