| Abstract: | Through the studies of the process of freshmen's acclimation to the new circumstances in colleges,this paper puts forward the importance and necessity of guidance of English learning skills for freshmen.The paper discusses how to guide freshmen to carry on the pursuits.The requirements for tutors are also discussed.Besides,the cooperation of various college departments is mentioned in the paper. |
