Internationalization of China's Railway Industry and the Establishment of Strategic Alliance

Given the contracting trend of international railway project and the market competition environment,China's railway industry should take the road of overall internationalization by integrating the resources of the industrial chain and form alliance.Building strategic alliance of railway industry is an effective and realistic way to promote the overall internationalization of railway industry,which calls for the remedy of the problems with enterprises such as low consciousness for strategic alliance,incompetence for strategic alliance,and lack of guiding and organizing strength to establish strategic alliance.In order to solve the above issues,China's railway enterprises should establish a reasonable industry chain and alliance structure,and choose the optimal alliance form to make full use of the resources from enterprises in alliance.
