农户农业保险支付意愿影响因素研究——以福建省龙岩市413户烟农的调查为例

以福建省龙岩市413户烟农的调研数据为例，通过构建Cox比例危险模型分析农户农业保险支付意愿及其影响因素。研究表明户主受教育程度、风险偏好、烟叶种植面积、农户对未来灾害的预测、近5年最严重灾害造成每亩损失金额、对政府职能的认知等因素对农户农业保险支付意愿产生正向影响，家庭人口规模对农户农业保险支付意愿产生负向影响，而务农年限、家庭年收入、灾后烟草公司补贴、保险赔偿经历等因素在实证分析中对农户农业保险支付意愿影响不显著。同时利用累计概率模型测算出千元保险金额的农业保险费率为17．95元较为合理。据以上研究结论针对性地提出了巩固农业保险市场主体与制定农业保险补贴标准等政策建议。

Research on Factors Affecting Farmers＇ Willingness to Pay for Agricultural Insurance ---Based on the Data of 413 Farmers in Longyan,Fujian Province

Based on the data of 413 farmers in Longyan, Fujian Province, Cox regression model is constructed to study factors affecting famers＇ willingness to pay （WTP） for agricultural insurance. The empirical results show that the farmers＇ degree of education, risk preference, acreage of tobacco planting, the perception of future disas- ters, the loss per acre caused by the most serious disaster in the last five years, and the cognition of the govern- ment＇s function have positive effect on the famers＇ WTP. Farmers＇ family scales have negative effect on their WTP. But the years a lamer is engaged in farm work, the family＇s annual income, tobacco companies＇ subsidies and insurance compensation experience have no significant effect on his/her willingness. This paper also calculates that it is reasonable to pay 17.95 Yuan for 1,000 Yuan agricultural insurance. According the research conclusion, some relevant policy suggestions are put forward for consolidating the market participants of agricultural insurance and formulating subsidy standards.
