| 摘 要： | 成康之治、文景之治和贞观之治是中国古代最具典型意义的三大治世。三大治世的形成轨迹有着惊人的相似:盛极一时的殷商、大秦和强隋的覆灭,使西周、西汉和大唐初期的统治者产生了极其强烈的忧患意识。在忧患意识的作用下,三个王朝初期的统治者自觉地以前朝兴亡为借鉴,全面实施以惠民政策为核心的基本国策,高度重视以勤政廉洁为准则的吏治建设,从而造就了三大治世的辉煌成就。而西周礼乐、汉武盛世和开元盛世则是由三大治世孕育而来的文明景观。三大治世历史成因的一致性,显示了治世缔造和盛世形成的过程存在着某种共同的规律。
