| 摘 要： | 人才培养模式改革的重点是教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性,实验、实训、实习是三个关键环节。高等职业教育培养的是技术、生产、管理、服务等领域第一线的技术应用型人才,以职业能力、操作能力和综合技能的培养为核心。三明职业技术学院积极探索顶岗实习的校企合作的教育创新模式,对学生的职业能力培养提供了很大的帮助,同时也收到了很好的成效。
