| 摘 要： | 在充分理解企业创新管理的基础上,基于对我国电信运营企业的深入调研及对电信行业的专家进行访谈,运用层次分析法建立出一套适合我国电信运营企业的创新管理能力评价体系,并利用模糊综合评价法进行了测评,为我国电信运营企业的创新管理能力的评价及横向比较奠定了一定的基础。

| Abstract: | Adopting questionnaire,literature study and expert interview,the author studied the current situation of innovation management of China s telecom operators.Based on a full understanding of innovation management,the authors set up an effective measurement system to assess the innovation management ability of telecom operators,and the innovation management ability can be accurately quantified,which has laid foundation for future applications. |
