| 摘 要： | 在现代的民主国家,政党制度的存在和发展必须具备宪法基础。我国政党制度的宪法基础是厚实的,在逻辑上是完备的,但其社会性功能具有脆弱的一面,还需要在社会的政治实践和政治文明建设中不断调整。

| Abstract: | It has important historical and realistic conditions that the Party system formed.But in modern democratic country,the constitution base on which it exists and develops mustn't be ignored.The constitution base of Party system is deep-rooted,and perfect in logic.In fact,the constitutionization of Party system cannot realize its function completely.It should be constructed and adjusted in the political practice and political civilization step by step. |
