| 摘 要： | 对刘易斯二元经济理论进行梳理和再认识,运用刘易斯转折点及发展含义分析了＂民工荒＂及农民工工资上涨并不证明刘易斯转折点到来,放弃刘易斯二元经济模型劳动者同质的假设,利用基于民工异质的刘易斯改造模型,根据农民工正处于代际交替及＂质＂的差异性明显的事实,构建了引入代际异质的刘易斯模型,该模型能同时解释＂民工潮＂和＂民工荒＂产生的原理,并证明了＂民工荒＂是现行工资未达到新生代农民工保留工资水平的结果,而不是刘易斯转折点到来所致。结论是：中国不仅尚未达到刘易斯转折点,甚至未达到刘易斯第一转折点,仍然处于二元经济发展阶段,还有较多剩余劳动力需要转移;＂用工荒＂是现行工资低于新生代农民工保留工资的结果,因此提高农民工工资是解决＂用工荒＂的根本途径。
