| 摘 要： | 生态文化是先进文化的重要组成部分和生态文明的重要载体。生态文化可以引领全社会认识自然规律，了解生态知识，树立人与自然和谐的价值观；可以为生态文明建设提供内在推动力；可以促进整个社会生产生活方式的转变；可以规范和引导政府部门的决策行为，使政府的决策有利于促进人与自然和谐。发展生态文化应处理好三大重要关系。
