| 摘 要： | 以建筑业上市公司为例，对当前国内建筑企业的资金使用效果情况进行了实证研究。研究结果表明，当前国内建筑企业的资金使用效果不显著，具体表现在，企业的综合经营绩效与资金使用情况间并无显著的相关关系，建筑企业不存在规模效益。反映出当前国内建筑企业资金使用效率不高，资金资源的配置管理还处于较低水平，效率有待提高。

| Abstract: | An empirical study is carried out to find out the effectiveness of capital utilization in domestic construction companies through analyzing public companies in construction industry.The research results indicate that currently the effectiveness of capital utilization is not obvious in China’s construction companies.There is no notable co-relationship between overall corporation performance and capital volume.Economies of scale don’t exist in construction industry.The results also reflect that the effectiveness of capital utilization is not high in China’s construction industry,and consequently capital and resource management efficiency calls for improvement. |
