| 摘 要： | 少数民族类社会组织作为一支特殊的社会公益力量,在推动民族工作的开展、维系民族关系、促进和谐北京的构建进程中发挥着重要作用。目前,此类组织的发展还不完善,需要对其进行规范化管理,更好地发挥此类组织服务社会的功能。

| Abstract: | As a special social commonweal power,the minority social organizations play a very important role in promoting the development of the national work,sustaining ethnic relationship and promoting the establishment of a harmonious Beijing.However,currently,such organizations still have not been fully developed,loopholes are existed in their management process of.In view of this,standardized management is needed to ensure such organizations to serve the community much better. |
