| 摘 要： | 代价是社会发展中出现的一种现象,其产生具有深刻的社会根源。近代以来,许多思想家对代价问题做了有益的探索。在我国全面建设小康社会的历史进程中,我们应正确认识代价问题,树立正确的代价意识,选择合理的发展模式,探索有效的政策运行机制,力争以最小的代价获取最大的发展。

| Abstract: | The issue of cost arose from the social development and in it the occurrence of this issue was deeply noted.As of modern times,many thinkers probed fruitfully into this subject.In the historical course of building our contry into a all-round well-to-do one,efforts should be made to achieve a great development with a least cost by having a correct understanding and consciousness of it and selecting a proper development model and an efficient policy-operation mechanism. |
