| 摘 要： | 结合多年的教学实践,对超硬高速钢车刀快速加工多线蜗杆的方法进行了研究。阐述了加工步骤、刀具选用和加工时的注意事项。解决了多线螺线分线方法问题,较好地保证了加工精度。

| Abstract: | Based on teaching practice,this paper studied the rapid processing of multiple-thread worm gear with superhard high speed steel turning tool,elaborated points for attention in cutting tool selection and processing as well as processing steps.The problem of line-divider method of multiple-thread spiral is solved,and the machining accuracy is guaranteed better. |
