| Abstract: | In the perspectives of such factors as high incidence and complexity of doctor-patient disputes,this article,with reference to various data,makes an investigation into whether medical liability insurance could radically solve doctor-patient disputes.Based on the status quo of medical liability insurance in China,the author gives a further analysis in light of medical institutions,patients and insurance com-panies,and some reviews on medical liability insurance from the legal perspective. |
