粮食主产区农户粮食生产投入决策行为分析

粮食主产区是我国具有战略意义的农业经济区域。主产区农户从事粮食生产投入的决策行为，实质是在农户自身决策环境下，在对预期收益和风险的综合衡量基础上追求投入回报最大化的过程。一方面，农户在决定生产要素投入方向及结构时，要综合评价粮食产业和其他农业及非农产业的收益和风险；另一方面，由于粮食生产对农户来讲具有满足自身消费保障和获得经济收入的双重作用。因此，农户在进行粮食投入决策时是分类考虑的，对于消费保障功能的粮食生产和经济收益功能的粮食生产，农户分别进行不同的收益和风险评估决策。

Grain Production Input-decision Behavior of Farmer Households in Grain-producing Areas in China

Major grain-producting areas refer to the agro-economic areas which have strategic significance in China.The input-decision behavior of farmers who are engaged in grain-producing in the major grain-producting area,substantively,is the procedure of pursuing output maximization on the base of comprehensive measurement of prospective return and risk in the circumstances of the farmers' self-decision.When farmers make decisions of input direction and structure with production elements,on the one hand,they must comprehensively evaluate the incomes and risks of grain industry,other agricultural industries and non-agricultural industries,on the other hand,because grain production has double functions that both meet the need of self-consumptive safeguard and meanwhile gain income,farmers must consider respectively when they make the input decision.That means they will respectively make different decision of income and risk evaluation to grain production that has different functions,self-consumptive safeguard function or income gaining function.
