航运企业人力资源评价指标体系构建

摘    要:航运业的人力资源结构具有不确定性、复杂性和多样性的特点。提出一种基于模糊判断的人力资源评价指标体系结构,综合分析航运业对人力资源的需求,构建一套科学的人力资源评价指标体系,建立评价因素集、权重集和模糊矩阵,根据最大隶属度原则得到综合评价结论。具体实例验证表明,这是一个科学、合理的人力资源评价指标体系,能给航运业带来较大的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The human resource structure of the shipping industry has the characteristics of dubiousness,complexity and multiplicity.The paper put forward a human resource evaluation index system based on fuzzy logics,analyzed comprehensively the requirements of the shipping industry for human resources,built a set of index systems for human resources,established a cluster of evaluation factors,weight of factors and fuzzy matrix,and reached comprehensive evaluation conclusions according to the principle of maximum degree of membership.Examples demonstrate that the human resource evaluation index system is a scientific and reasonable system,which will produce great economic and social benefits for the shipping industry.
