| 摘 要： | 加快经济增长是实现有效就业持续增加的关键。GDP增长就业即增长,在新疆这一点尤为显著。所以,要解决新疆的就业问题,提高有效就业率,就应积极调整产业结构,尤其要大力发展对劳动力有较高容量的第三产业,从而提高就业的弹性水平。

| Abstract: | To quicken the development of economy is a key to a steady increase of employment,which is particularly true of Xinjiang.To solve employment problems in Xinjiang and to lift up the actual employment rate,the relevant organs need to actively adjust industrial structures,particularly the tertiary industry that is capable of hold more employees,in order to push up the level of flexible employment. |
