论经济增长方式的环境维

根据经济增长的增长的源泉来区分经济增长方式,是世界上的通行做法。基于对环境及环境问题的经济学思考,把环境因素作为经济增长的内生变量之一来考察,并在此基础上探讨经济增长与环境及环境问题的相互关系,分析我国现行经济增长方式的理论缺陷和不足,进而研究了环保型经济增长模型,提出了政府、企业和社会在实现我国环保型经济增长方式中的若干对策建议。

In this article, the connections between economic growth with environment and environmental problem are analyzed. The theoretical defects of present economic growth mode are also discussed The author studies the economic growth mode of environmental protection style and the economic growth mode of environmental protection. The author finally puts forward some countermeasures and advice that the government, enterprise and society should follow.
