新形势下欠发达地区产业结构调整的战略选择

近年来,国际国内形势发生了深刻变化,欠发达地区经济发展既面临着资源、土地、环境、国际市场等多方面的制约和挑战,也面临着贯彻落实科学发展观、国内产业结构优化升级、产业转移、区域经济一体化等一些新的机遇.在对以上两个方面进行分析的基础上,认为欠发达地区产业结构调整不可能重复发达地区的发展模式,而应当走全面协调可持续发展的路子,并在重点产业选择、产业结构高度化、生态文明建设等方面提出了具体的想法和建议.
