| 摘 要： | 在构建社会主义和谐社会、建设社会主义新农村的过程中,加强农村环境治理、保护是关系农村经济社会发展的重要方面.现在我国农村环境保护存在着诸多亟待解决的问题,本文对我国农村诸多环境问题的现状、成因进行分析,并提出相应的解决途径和方法.

| Abstract: | In the process of building a harmonious socialism society and a new countryside,the reinforcement of rural environmental regulation and protection is of great significance to the economic and social development of our countryside. There are many critical questions to be solved in the rural environmental protection. This paper analyses the present situation and causes for many environmental problems in an effort to find proper solutions. |
