The Present State of Group Competitiveness of Knitting Mills In Zhang Cha and Countermeasures

There exist several conflicts in the development of Zhangcha's knitting mills: the conflict between the expanding market capacity and the lack of scale efficiency;the conflict between innovation of new product and industrial chain integrity;the conflict between household management and modern enterprise system;the conflict between the rapid development of technological innovation and the cultural quality of managers.So the following suggestions are proposed for improving the competitiveness of industries: formulate the developmental project of industry group scientifically;improve the development of industry group;build the system of innovation and form the local culture of industry group.
