湖南地市产业结构调整与产业布局研究

对湖南三大经济带及各地(市)产业结构发展进行比较分析可知,湖南产业地域发展存在东强西弱、增长极不明显和产业竞争激烈等问题。科学构架湖南产业发展梯次的措施就是,即,东部以长潭株产业一体化为核心,突显增长极作用;中部承接东部产业辐射,加速工业化和城镇化建设;西部发挥其资源优势,重点发展旅游及文化产业。

Research on the Adjustment of the Industrial Structure and Distributtion of Industries in Hunan Cities

Through the comparison of the development of the industrial structure of three great economic zones and the cities and local areas in Hunan province,the following problems may be seen with the local distribution of the industrial structure: strength in the east but weakness in the west,lack of obvious increase of development and fierce competition among industries.A concrete measure may be adopted for the construction of a scientific framework for the ladder of the industrial structure in Hunan,i.e.,prominence of the pace of development in the east with the unification of industries of Changsha,Xiangtan and Zhuzhou at the core;acceleration of the industrialization and construction of township with the radiation of the east in the middle part of the province;advancement of tourism and cultural industries with the tapping of potentials of natural resources in the west.
