| Abstract: | On the bassis of the dialectical relation between" ruling the state by law "and " administering the state by virtue",the writer thinks that "administering the state by virtue "has important practical value to the development of education.In carrying out "Administering the state by virtue, "school managers should adhere to the of principle of "morality being the first" in guiding ideology; educaters should stick out self cultivation with virtue, therefore we should stick out educating students with virtue. Finally we must fully realize the important functions of moral educatoin -the invisible resources. It has the fundamental significance for Shannxi to meet the western development and for our country to achieve the great histroical revival. |
