Abstract:
The idea of equity of education is the theoretical cornerstone of the balanced development of basic education. Equity of education is the concrete equality in relation to specific historical condition. The realization of balanced development of basic education conduces to equity of education, improves the efficiency of education and contributes to building a well off society in China.
