| 摘 要： | 由于在法律渊源上的庞杂以及立法态度的摇摆导致我国对违法婚姻问题存在诸多观点。本文在对违法婚姻本质属性进行充分论证的基础上分析了事实婚姻、无效婚姻和可撤消婚姻的构成要件、立法态度等问题,并提出了相关建议。 |
