| 摘 要： | 社会结构作为连接社会各组成部分关系网络,与政治发展之间存在着相互影响、相互制约的辩证关系,而在社会结构的复杂体系中,社会阶级阶层结构的地位又尤为重要.为了在客观评价的基础上更好地理解社会结构变革与政治发展之间的关系,就有必要选择阶级阶层分析的方法来研究中国的社会结构变迁史.总结新中国成立60年来社会阶级阶层结构变迁的基本特点,不难发现在总体制度框架保持基本稳定的前提下,主导社会阶级阶层结构变迁的动因由政治动因转向了经济动因,同时,在社会自主变迁色彩取代人为强制色彩的过程中,社会结构多元化的特点也愈发明显.如何推动社会结构变迁继续保持良性发展,新形势向我们提出了新的挑战.
