| 摘 要： | 多元化投资是否有助于公司提高绩效并没有一致的结论,本文使用部分制造业上市公司的调查资料,采用等级数据,通过肯德尔非参数相关分析方法对多元化与投资绩效之间的关系做了分析。研究发现,就目前中国制造业上市公司而言,多元化战略不能提高企业绩效;企业上市以后的投资冲动、法人治理结构的不完善以及对多元化投资的片面认识是导致多元化投资不能提高投资绩效的关键因素。建议中国企业在选择多元化战略时,要谨慎选择经营行业和有效控制行业数量,打造本企业的核心竞争力,确保本企业的可持续发展而不能盲目跟风大搞多元化战略。 |

| Abstract: | There is still no conclusion on whether the diversified investment strategy can improve the firm performance.This paper studies the relation between the diversified investment strategy and the performance of manufacturing listed companies by using rank data materials of 372 manufacturing listed companies in 2007 and the analysis of Kendall Non-Parameter Test.The results show that the diversified investment strategy does not improve the performance as far as China’s manufacturing listed companies are concerned.On such basis some suggestions are provided. |
