摘    要:通过调查796名高校教师心理授权状态和对工作的自我评价状况,建立了心理授权四维度对教师教学、科研与社会服务状况影响的结构方程模型。结果表明:心理授权四个维度均对教师工作状况有积极的影响作用,其中教师自我效能感显著影响教师教学、科研和社会服务状况,教师工作意义维度仅对教学状况有正向影响。文章从心理学视角分析影响教师工作状况的内在因素,为提高教师工作绩效提供理论支持,另一方面也扩展了心理授权研究的组织情境。

Abstract:Based on the survey of 796 university teachers' self-evaluations on their work and psychological empowerment, this study establishes a structural equation model to investigate the influence of four dimensionality of psychological empowerment on teaching, scientific research and social service. The results shows that the four dimensionality had positive impact on the working status of teachers, among which competence greatly influences teaching, scientific research and social service, and meaning has positive impact only on teaching. This paper analyzes the internal factors that would influence the working status of teachers in order to provide theoretical support for the performance improvement and extend the organizational context of psychological empowerment as well.
