| 摘 要： | 洪堡提倡的"教学与科研相统一"成为了一种经典,也是大学及学术职业的一种信念.可是,这种信念却一直受到现实与理论的质疑,出现了教学与科研的分离与矛盾.对于这种信念的背离,有着多方面的原因.在大学组织层面,则主要是大学对"一流"目标的盲目追求、教师评价考核机制的偏颇以及教学管理方式的制约等.为了改善教学与科研的关系,促进二者的有效结合,我们需要进行大学组织制度的变革:重新厘清大学的使命,强调教学责任;重新界定科研的内涵,对科研实施柔性管理;加强课程建设,践行研究性教学.
