| 摘 要： | 发展中国家在迎接知识经济挑战的过程中,为了减少外部冲击所造成的社会经济福利损失,应通过培育市场体系、完善制度保障等措施使知识经济内生化于经济成长的过程当中,政府主要应致力于为这一过程的实现创造各种适宜的外部环境,而不应过多地进行干预. |

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the strategies to meet the challenge of the knowledge economy.We are sure that in order not to make the social wealthfare lose,we should put in the economic growth process by fostering market mechanism,perfecting the system and so on.The government should be engaged in creating all kinds of favorable environments for the realization of this process,and should not usually interfere with it. |
