| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的长足发展,市场对信息化商务秘书人才的需求也将越来越大。培养职业化、现代化、国际化,具有创新精神、创业能力和信息化管理水平的高级信息化商务秘书人才,成为当务之需;必须在明确商务秘书人才培养目标的基础上,积极探索商务秘书人才培养的有效模式,提高商务秘书人才的智能结构。科学整合课程资源,重视隐性课程开发,引导学生参与教学,探索研究型、创新性学习方式,并利用现代教育技术的各种教学手段进一步提升教学水平。

| Abstract: | The transformation of society cause the mankind to develop from the material society to the knowledge economy society.The transformation of industry structure will bring a change to secretary occupation.As the development of our country's economy,more and more person of commercial secretary will be needed by market.Therefore,the need to train professional,modernized, international commercial secretary with the ability of innovation and information manage become agent.So we must try hard to quest for the training mode of commercial secretary,induct students participate in teaching,quest for new study manner,step up teaching level by using modern teaching technique. |
