| 摘 要： | 高校管理的法治化是适应现代法治社会和构建法治校园的必然要求。我国高等教育法律规范的逐步建立和完善，为高校管理的法治化提供了法律依据，高校师生法治意识的增强，高等教育制度体系的形成为高校管理的法治化提供了良好的法治环境，高校管理法治化的最终实现在于管理理念、方式和手段的转变。

| Abstract: | Law-based management of universities is the result of adapting to law-governed society and building a modem tawbased campus. The higher education law in China has been gradually established and perfected, which provides a legal basis for the law-based management of universities. Students and teachers in universities should enhance their awareness of law. The formation of the higher education system provides a good legal environment to the process of law-based management in universities. The final realization of law-based management in universities lies in the change of management idea, management manner and management method. |
