粮食获取是保障粮食安全的核心要素，中国贫困地区农村居民的粮食获取能力还较低，发展变化趋势也较为不利。贫困地区农村居民的粮食生产能力低、购买力水平低，以及交通通信、家庭规模、社会关系等因素导致其粮食获取能力低。导致粮食生产能力低的因素包括贫困地区耕地资源稀少、土地贫瘠，科技投入低，财政信贷支农不足，应对自然灾害的能力弱，等。贫困地区农村居民的生产经营投入少，居民文化程度和劳动技能低导致其收入少、粮食购买力低。

Situation and Influential Elements on Grain Acquisition of Rural Residents in Poor Areas in China

Grain acquisition is the core of grain security.There are many problems in grain acquisition of rural residents in poor areas in China.The grain acquisition is influenced by grain productivity,purchasing level and other elements such as transportation,communication,family scale and social relationship.The main elements influence the grain productivity are shortage of cultivated land resources,impoverishment of soil,lack of technological input,deficiency of financial credit,poor ability of coping with natural disaster and so on.In general,low productive input,low educational level and low labor skill influence the ability of income and purchasing ability of rural residents in poor areas in China.
