"文化软实力"问题的研究,如果本着一种客观、严肃的理论态度,必须先行澄明其立论和论证逻辑的理论前提设定和价值目标吁求。目前,学术共同体尚缺乏基本的人类学立场和应有的普世情怀。面向未来的文化软实力问题的研究,应将全人类的福祉作为文化软实力的内在特质和终极追求,并敦促全人类努力践行。

National Ethical Reflection Facing Common Human Bliss:Concerns about Study on Cultural Soft Power

Study on "Cultural Soft Power" should provide the theoretical premise and aim of value request of its argument and logic of argumentation if starting from an objective and serious theoretical attitude.At present,academic community lacks basic anthropological standpoint and necessary universal feeling.The study,facing the future,should take the whole human bliss as the innate quality and ultimate pursuit of cultural soft power and propel human beings to proceed actively.
