百年回眸:初等教育师资职前教育课程的设置与改革

摘    要:100多年来,我国初等教育师资职前教育课程的设置与改革,大致经历了摸索、稳定、完善和学历层次提升后的再摸索四个阶段。这100多年的课程史告诉我们:应研究和把握学制对于课程门类和课时分配的制约规律;应将综合性教育与专业定向教育结合起来;应承认开设选修课程的必要性,并大力加强选修课程的管理;应加强教师职业技能的教育与训练;应提高活动课程在整个课程体系中的地位。

Abstract:Education for teachers has experienced a history of more than one hundred years in our country.In the course of this period,the Curriculum provision and reform in the prejob training of elementary education teachers experienced roughly four stages: grope,stabilizing,perfection and second grope after upgrading of educational levels.In the retrospect and research of this curriculum development history,the following inspirations can be obtained: the restrict regulations of schooling length to curriculum sorts and teaching time distribution should be studied and grasped;comprehensive education should be combined with professional orientation education;it should be admitted that the elective courses are necessary parts of the whole curriculum system;the education and training of teachers' professional skills should be strengthened;the status of activity curriculum in the whole curriculum system should be upgraded.
