A study on Jiang Zemin's dialectical thought about selection and cultivation of young and mid-aged cadres

Comrade Jiang Ze min made a speech at the National Working Conference on Party School in June,2000. The brilliant speech is characterized by the spirit of seeking truth from the facts and the style of dialectical thinking and the typical features of the time. He put forward new requirements for the cadres in the new period, which greatly enrich the theory of Marxism in terms of talents. He raised some new principles, such as equal emphasis on discovering and cultivating cadres, integration of appointment and cultivation, integrity of morality and academic character, dialectical views on the gradual promotion and seniority.
