Strategic Change in Multinational Corporations' Investment in Shenyang and Measures to Take

In recent years,open economy policy was effectively implemented further in Shenyang to absorb multinational corporations' direct investment more and more,and the structures of equity investment,industries invested and relevant location distribution of multinational corporations in Shenyang thus changed as well.These reflected that there is a significant strategic change in the investment of multinational corporations in Shenyang.Analyzes the characteristics and tendency of the strategic change,and some measures are suggested to take for the change, including readjusting the policy to absorb more foreign capital,introducing new/high-tech projects into the city and leading multinational corporations to establish R&D centers in Shenyang.
