理工科院校大学生艺术团工作的实践与思考

随着我国高等教育的不断发展及素质教育的整体推进,艺术教育在高校的地位越来越突出。作为普通高校艺术教育的主渠道,大学生艺术团逐渐在高校发展并不断壮大起来,已成为学校艺术教育的一支主力军,在提升校园文化质量、营造浓厚的校园文化氛围、提高大学生综合素质方面发挥着独特的、不可替代的作用。理工科院校在艺术教育方面相对滞后,大学生艺术团工作起步较晚,因而切实加强理工科院校大学生艺术团工作,对于推进素质教育具有十分重要的意义。
