论文学史写作与“堆沙包”现象

文章论述了不同时期在文学史写作上存在的“堆沙包”现象。其表现在:文学范围的过分堆叠,把经学、史学、哲学、文字学等罗列其中,成为一部沉重的学术史,文学史的光芒被遮蔽了;以作品为主线来叙述文学史,形成作品堆叠,使得在反映文学发展的起伏变化、文体盛衰的消长上,不能使人了然于胸;对作家分析评论的堆叠,使文学史成为作品的接受史,没有了编纂者自身的见解;还存在着对作家的堆叠,使文学史著作成为录鬼簿式的编年记账体。造成“堆沙包”现象的主要原因是:史传传统之文史不分家,考据传统及“文以载道”职能。要摆脱文学史写作“堆沙包”现象,就应该坚持客观性与主观性的统一、创作时代与接受时代即当代价值和当时价值的统一。

On the Phenomenon of Piling Earthbags in Writings on Literature History

Conventional writings on literature history tend to include too many things such as philology,history,philosophy,linguistics,like piling one earthbag on other,which leads to the tediousness of the writings on literature history.This article argues that this piling earthbas phenomenon is owing to the misunderstanding of the relationship between literature and history and that the key to the solution to the problem lies in incorporating of the contemporary value and the present value.
