| 摘 要： | 本文简述了信息不对称问题的相关概念,分析了发展循环经济实践中信息不对称的主要表现及其致因,揭示了信息不对称对发展循环经济的不利影响,并基于信息传递和信息甄别机制,通过强化市场和政府行为进行规制设计,对循环经济中的信息不对称进行改善,从而弥补了由于信息不对称所招致的市场低效率。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the conceptions of information asymmetry.Based on the practice of developing circular economy,the behavior and the cause of information asymmetry in the process of developing recycling economy is discussed,and the correlative negative influence is pointed out.The improving mechanism is designed according to the information transfer and discriminating theory.The low market efficiency from information dissymmetry is abated by enhancing the market and the government behavior. |
