医学检验专业本科生素质教育初探

摘    要:目的:为了探讨进入21世纪后,如何应对“入世”的挑战,提高医学检验专业本科生的综合素质。方法:我们从“项目-导师制”实验教学、学术讲座、大学生科技创新和临床实习四个方面对此进行了探索。结果:我们认为“项目-导师制”实验教学改革可以培养学生科研兴趣和动手能力,学术讲座可以拓宽学生视野、步入科研之门,大学生科技创新活动可以培养学生具体科研能力,一年的临床实习则能够全面培养学生临床实践能力,提高综合素质。结论:“项目一导师制”实验教学、学术讲座、大学生科技创新和临床实习四方面相结合,是提高医学检验专业本科生素质的有效方法。

Abstract:To discuss how to face the challenge of entering WTO in the 21st century and to improve the overall qualities of students majoring in the medical laboratory, we take steps to explore the best mode from the following four aspects. The result shows that system of project and tutor can cultivate students' interest in taking an active part in scientific research; academic lectures can broaden their view and head them into scientific research; innovation in science and technology of university of college students can raise their practical ability to conduct scientific study; the clinic practice can improve their overall qualities and make them qualified doctors.
