| 摘 要： | 建立东北亚铁矿石交易市场对我国打破在铁矿石定价中没有话语权的局面具有积极的意义。首先,铁矿石基于谈判的定价机制与当今世界大宗商品的定价局势不一致,引导谈判定价机制向市场供求定价机制与市场经济和WTO的精神相吻合;其次,在宁波—舟山地区建立东北亚铁矿石交易市场有区位优势和较高的可行性,该交易市场对打破三大巨头垄断具有积极的意义。为此,还需要从六个方面入手,建立东北亚铁矿石交易市场并提升其国际影响力。

| Abstract: | Establishing North-East Asian Iron-Ore Trading Market has positive meanings for China to break the situation of having no discourse right in Iron-Ore Negotiation.Firstly,the iron-ore pricing mechanism based on negotiation disaccords with the international bulk commodity pricing mechanism,conducting the negotiating to market pricing is in accordance with market economy and the WTO spirit;secondly,establishing North-East Asian Iron-Ore Trading Market at Ningbo-Zhoushan Port has geographical advantage and high applicability,and this trading market has positive meanings for breaking the oligopoly market.For this purpose,we should act from six aspects to establish the market and enhance its force. |
