农民权益保护的法律缺失

农民权益是农民生存、生活、生产的有力保证。当前,农民权益的行使、享受还受到较大的制约,农民权益处于一种相对缺失的状态。农民权益的相对缺失有制度、政策等各方面的影响,但最重要的是相应的法律、法规不健全,导致了农民的权益不完整,应有的权益得不到保护,损害了农民的利益。为此,必须加强农民权益保护的法律建设,保障农民权益,实现农民权益。

Legal Consideration of the Disappearance of Peasant Rights and Interest

Peasant rights and interest are the strong guarantee of the survival, life and production of the peasants. But at present, the exercise and enjoyment of the rights and interest is greatly restricted because of the unfairness and lack of protection. Peasant rights and interest are in the state of relation disappearance caused by such factors as system, policy, etc., but the most important one being the imperfection of the corresponding law and regulation. Consequently, this imperfection results in the incompletion of peasant rights and interest, the abscency of the protection of the deserved rights and interest and the damage of their rights and interest. This paper points out the pressing necessity to strengthern the legal construction, ensure and fulfil peasant rights and interest.
