论帝制中国的君权合法性信仰

根据文化人类学中拟剧理论和当代文化叙事学的某些视角,帝制中国所有与君权合法性相关的制度、行为、政策、言论、神话、仪式、名号等,都可以理解为一种合法性叙事与表演,透过这种民族集体的或文化整体的连续表演和叙事,就可以发见绵亘于古代思想世界中的君权合法性信仰系统。其中,基于君德的合法性信仰为其核心,而基于君主受命于天的合法性信仰、基于君主显赫功绩的合法性信仰以及基于君主正当名分的合法性信仰则是其重要内容,它们在君权合法性的生成过程中也发挥着不容忽视的功能。
