A s "Putting People First" provides the custom ers with the m ost hum ane quality service, it has increasingly becom e the service idea in the contem porary com m ercial industry.It has been notonly a standard for custom ers to assess the com m ercial services, but also a m agic weapon for com m ercial service entities to win the com petitive edge.
