Conflict between Labor and Capital

In classical enterprises and some modern shared company, it's a fact that capital employs labor. But with the increase of the level of knowledge and technology and the ability of anti-risk of capital, the relationship is changing. The status of labor is being increased step by step struggle between compensation and replacement. In knowledge enterprises, labor holds the most power of control. There is no relationship of employing and being employed, but the relationship of mutual cooperates. They undertake risk commonly, dividing up the power of control and sharing the surplus income.
