劳动与资本的"矛盾"

摘    要:在古典企业和某些现代股份制企业中,资本雇佣劳动是一个不争的事实.但是,这种关系伴随着知识水平和技术水平的提高和资本抗风险能力的提高正在被打破,劳动的地位逐步提高,劳动与资本的关系是在其互补性与替代性的争斗中不断调整的.在知识型企业中,劳动掌握了大部分控制权,劳动与资本相互合作,没有雇佣与被雇佣的关系.两者共同承担风险,瓜分控制权,共同分享剩余收入.

Abstract:In classical enterprises and some modern shared company, it's a fact that capital employs labor. But with the increase of the level of knowledge and technology and the ability of anti-risk of capital, the relationship is changing. The status of labor is being increased step by step struggle between compensation and replacement. In knowledge enterprises, labor holds the most power of control. There is no relationship of employing and being employed, but the relationship of mutual cooperates. They undertake risk commonly, dividing up the power of control and sharing the surplus income.
