| 摘 要： | 消除贫困是一个国际性难题。改革开放30年,中国的反贫困事业在国家走向现代化的进程中实现第二次历史性飞跃,在促进经济社会的全面发展中逐步消除贫困,在深刻把握中国国情的基础上促进减贫事业的发展。中国的反贫困事业既为全面建设小康社会奠定了坚实的基础,也为推动全球反贫困事业的发展做出了重大贡献。
