| Abstract: | Combined with the facts of library of Hebei institute of technology, the article discusses the recessity of es-tablishing the system of the liaison librarian, the responsibility and the diathesis of the liaison librarian, thereby we ought to found a kind of creative service system, exert the library subjective to act to use, and then do better service for the readers. |
